10 Thousand Hours originated from an observation of the shifting landscape surrounding workforce mental health issues, the lack of opportunities for talented individuals, rising economic costs, and the increasing prevalence of businesses that fail to acknowledge professionalism.
Recognising the need for effective solutions, the initiative was established to create and offer opportunities during a period of significant change and challenges in society.
